Lars Grützner has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment law team in Düsseldorf since October 2010. After his law studies at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, he spent part of his traineeship in the employment law and wage policy department of a large German commercial enterprise.

Mr. Grützner advises enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. He represents his clients both in court proceedings and out of court. In addition to day-to-day advice for companies on employment-law matters, his main practice areas are conducting proceedings to replace the consent of the works council and dismissal protection proceedings and reviewing and drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
