Ms. Kilg moved to Kliemt & Vollstädt´s Berlin office in January 2011 after practising in the Employment Law Practice
Group at the Berlin office of the international law firm Beiten Burkhardt from 2006. Previously, she was an in-house lawyer
at Dresdner Bank AG in Berlin from 2001 to 2003 and Head of Compliance/Anti Money Laundering at Dresdner Bank's subsidiary
in Luxembourg from 2004 to 2006. From 1999 to 2001 Ms. Kilg was desk officer (Referentin für Grundsatzfragen) at The German
Savings Banks Association (DSGV) in Berlin.
Ms. Kilg advises and represents enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law, both in court
and out of court. Her practice areas include advising companies in connection with restructuring and staff reduction, the
introduction of flexible working hours and remuneration structures and drafting contracts of employment and specific types
of termination agreements. Her work includes consultancy on all questions of collective bargaining law and supply of
temporary workers. In addition, Ms. Kilg is particularly experienced in cCompliance issues and consulting enterprises
amongst others on compliance risk analysis and the set-up of corporate compliance stuctures und functions.
