Jana Schramm has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Düsseldorf for several years, first as part of her legal training and as a research assistant, and since August 2011 as an attorney. During her law studies at Münster University, she chose to concentrate on employment law. Parallel to her law studies, she completed the course in specialist foreign languages for lawyers at Münster University, including a period as an intern in Brussels. As part of her traineeship at Wuppertal Regional Court, she continued to pursue employment law as her main interest and spent one stage with a Düsseldorf law firm specialising in employment law.

Ms. Schramm advises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients both in court proceedings and out of court. She advises companies and employees on day-to-day employment-law matters, and another main practice area is consultancy on litigation relating to termination and revising and drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
