Dr. Teusch, partner, moved to Kliemt & Vollstädt in February 2006. Before this, he was an academic researcher in the department
of civil law, employment law and social welfare law under Professor Dr. Detlev W. Belling, M.C.L. at the University of
Potsdam. His doctoral thesis topic was the Organisation of the Works Constitution by Collective Agreement.
Dr. Teusch advises employers and executive staff on all questions of individual and collective employment law. He represents
his clients at court and in out-of-court proceedings. His main practice areas are negotiating and drafting special types of
termination agreements and dealing with problems in works constitution law and collective bargaining law. Dr. Teusch has
particular expertise in the supply of temporary employees and in consultancy for intragroup personnel service companies.
In addition, he specialises in advising enterprises in codetermination matters (e.g. consultancy on supervisory board
elections, optimising company structures with regard to codetermination) and in questions of employee participation in
the European Company.
