Dr. Corinna Verhoek, partner, spent several years as an attorney with the international law firm Linklaters before she moved
to Kliemt & Vollstädt in 2008. Dr. Verhoek obtained her doctorate under one of the leading German employment-law scholars,
Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Peter Hanau, on the topic "The defective employment relationship". She was awarded the title of LL.M. at
the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Dr. Verhoek advises domestic and international enterprises on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She is
a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's international team and also advises on cross-border issues. Her main practice areas are
representing enterprises in judicial proceedings, employment-law due for corporate acquisitions, drafting and negotiating
agreements between employer and works council, and managing restructuring measures (including redundancy negotiations).
