Mr. Wiedebusch has been practising at Kliemt & Vollstädt's Berlin office since February 2007. He began his legal career in the year
1999, also in Berlin, in the employment-law team of the international business-law firm Clifford Chance, where he worked for five
years. During this time, he was seconded to Clifford Chance's London office, where he spent several months. From April 2005 on,
Mr. Wiedebusch headed the employment-law department at GSK Gassner Stockmann & Kollegen in Berlin. Before beginning his career as an attorney,
Mr. Wiedebusch was an academic research assistant for several years in the department of the renowned company law specialist
Prof. Dr. Holger Altmeppen at Passau University.
Mr. Wiedebusch advises national and international companies on all questions of employment law, both individual and collective, both in
court and out of court. His practice areas include advising in connection with the appointment and termination of employment of board
members and managing directors, organising employee share ownership programmes, corporate transactions and company reconstructions,
and consulting on redundancy scheme negotiations. A further area of special interest of his is advising real estate companies on
employment law. In addition, Mr. Wiedebusch is particularly experienced in advising international enterprises on employment law in
English as well as German in connection with the formation of German subsidiaries, due diligence and restructuring.
